Still the worst airline in the USA. My company booked a flight once again on this horrible airline because it was cheap - I had to change the ticket and tried calling the airline - was on hold for close to 3 hours and I was told that's the usual wait time!!! This has happened to me about 4 times in the past 6 months....I call and there are 3 hour waits for an agent. Who is running this business? The CEO should be fired because he's running this... We bought 4 ticket first class to travel on Saturday 6, 2016, to Cancun Mexico, my grandkids luggage were lost for 1 hour more or less, my husband went to loss and found and they told him the luggage had arrived first in a different flight , once we arrive to our hotel, we notice that all the clothes of my 6 year old grandson has gone also some of my 5 year old granddaughter we were very frustrated due that, he has to wear the same clothes... We had to sit on this hot *** plane while they fixed a seat, and then had to hlsit on the runway and wait to go. This plane is over a hour late and we are still waiting to leave. These lil air vents are not good enough, there are kids on this plane and no good air circulation. Im trying to keep myself and my 2 boys comfortable by faning us with the safety information paper. We boarded in LAX but before we went to security, we had to print out tixs at the desk. I had three pieces, one being my laptop bag. The front desk lady wouldn't give me my tixs unless I consolidated my bag, which I did, but she failed to listen to the fact her request was unreasonable since I would need to pull my laptop out out at security. I have flown Suncountry several times. For the past three days I cannot get ahold of anybody either on the phone or Internet. I even got a email from you about West coast deals today and I cannot get through. I get messages that say "we are sorry, try again" that did not work several times. Have been trying to contact your office for change of booking for the last 3 hrs. No response. No one picking uo

I have not been able to contact anyone for a flight change. I've called their 1-800 reservationists daily and been on hold 30 to 60 minutes at a time with no answer. One time I was disconnected after 20 minutes. I tried doing this change on line and didn't find a way to do it. I also tried emailing an email address on the contact page and haven't heard back from them. I had to book a 2nd flight in addition to the one I tried to cancel. I am... Read more
