Preferred solution: restitution for my stress of my missing luggage for two days and then when I got them they had been picked over and luggage banged up funds for my missing items missing from my suitcase .

Sun Country has blocked my number as if that would stop me and also banned me as a user on their website

If you have to walk, ride a bike, hitchhike, paddle a boat DO IT BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING FLYING SUN COUNTRY. This airline should be put out of business.

Booked a flight, paid for it in full and at the last minute they changed the final destination causing to have to rent a car. then the flight was delayed for 6 HOURS FOR NO REASON while the plane sat at the gate the entire time. DO NOT even bother trying to call them. They will hang up on you , block your number and BAN you as a user on their website.

Absolutely ZERO customer service. In fact I don't think they have a customer service department.

Yes. I had to change/cancel flights for 4/6 tickets booked because my family tested positive for covid and Sun Country charged me $500 that I didnt have for being sick. We fly sun country often. I would love for someone to reach out to me and resolve this. I would at least appreciate ticket credit. There was no one to answer and speak to me

Change flight

I am extremely displeased with the service I've received while trying to cancel a flight that was originally booked through Expedia as part of a package. I have recently cancelled this trip and I was not provided a refund I was provided a travel voucher. On the Expedia site when I booked I was told my trip was 100% refundable up to August 12th 2022. Voucher # 171180****650**** was provided, I don't want a voucher, I want my money back. Total amount owed to me is $161.77. Please refund this money.

I. My checked in luggage did not arrive with my direct flight from MSP to CHS for my Sons Wedding.

Customer service was rude and didnt have any solutions and blamed for this situation, my luggage was sent to Las Vegas when it was ticketed to CHS and I have the claim, what and why did this happen and had no clothes or toiletries absolutely nothing to wear!

I need Answers, Apologies and reimbursements for my pain and suffering. I spent 3 hours just being on hold finding someone to answer customer service, someone needs to fix how Sun Country operates this business and help the passengers deal with employees errors.

Canceled flight

Sun Country sent email that flight was canceled with 4 hour notice and no notice of new flight options. Had to rent car and hotel room to get home.

Airline Voucher expiration

Sun Country will not extend a voucher that was 6 days expired. I happened to be on vacation at the time of the expiration. Delta has extended vouchers out to 2023, as people have just begun to travel again. Sun Country held on to my money for 2 years, received a bailout and cannot have a courtesy to extend a voucher. Do not book a flight with Sun Country. You will PAY!

I missed my flight because I couldnt check in online or at the kiosk, when I finally made it to the agent desk they also took forever to check me in (still dont know what the issue was for why I couldnt check in). By the time I got my boarding pass it was too late for me to make my flight. They refuse to reimburse me for my flight or baggage fee!! I was at the airport over 1 hour prior to departure which they assured me was adequate time for international flights.

Canceled flight w/out any help

FlThey canceled the return flight hours before it left for home. We understand that things happen. But, we were left hanging (customer service was unavailable), and had to get creative to find a way home. We had 3 kids to get back to, and we ended up being a day late. Our cost to get home was appx $1000 for flights etc. pretty cheap for booking same day. They reimbursed us $339 and denied our request for me (this was the cost of original return home tic). Delta is my go to. I feel they have stepped it up, while others have slipped.

Left purse accidentally under seat with glass case hanging from it

Wont even talk with me I dont remember all that was in purse. No money or important papers or documents. Just my car keys for sure and sun glasses. I dont remember what brand and have no receipts. I would like help anyway. I know I probably wont get it back but gotta try anyway
