Sun Country Airlines - Bad service
well to start with the flight was late, we were told it was a full flight so maybe some of us would like to check carry on which we did, told we would get fast priority seating actually we were 9th from the end on flight home
husband was loaded way before me as he was a retired air force I got to enter plane near the end, when asked why I could not load with him they said I could have and 'I should know this sort of thing' very rude person and they actually tuted TT me how rude is this. Not happy at all, and we paid enough for the flight.
boing 737-800 jet I wrote 2 other times to the airline with no answer. Very upset with service.
15th and 18th march flight. and getting ignored by sun country is just as bad.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
