My flight was cancelled due to weather related issues. I was not contacted via email or phone.

I called them for 3 day's before reaching anyone. There was no way to leave a voicemail or request return call. Rather phone line's consistently stated all circuits busy, call back later. I was able to get a return flight 3 day's later.

But had to buy a return flight ticket through another airline, thus I lost the money for that flight all because Sun Country wouldn't answer their line. When I called today for follow up, I was on hold for 30 minutes. The first representative told me they could refund my return flight, but then her supervisor interupted stating that they got me back so I wouldn't get a refund.

This is horrible customer service. I won't fly Sun Country again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
