I am btond pissed! My luggage was lost on a stright flight from orlando to portland.
I reported the lost bag at the airport and have left 3 voice mails and still have not heard anything about it and it has been 6 days!!!! I have sat on hold for hours with NO answer!
I will NEVER fly on this airline again. Worst customer service i have ever recieved.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

This sounds like I wrote it!Only difference....our suitcase has only been missing for FIVE DAYS!Deplorable service.We flew nonstop msp to bos. Our one suitcase was checked in at the ticket counter, no issues whatsover.
Arriving at destination, the suitcase was not there.
We filled out missing baggage format airport, and were told it would be delivered to our house WITHIN 24 HOURS. Well, it's been FIVE DAYS.Trying to reach someone at customer service is a joke.....on hold for up to 2 hours at a time....only to be hung up on when a person finallly answers.
It took them a week to get my bag back. Blow up their facebook page!
They messaged me a day or so later and then my bag magically appeared.
With a note stuck to it saying my number was disconnected which is a joke! I feel like this airline tried to steal peoples things until they blast them enough!!
