Sun Country Airlines - Making reservations

I have flown Suncountry several times. For the past three days I cannot get ahold of anybody either on the phone or Internet. I even got a email from you about West coast deals today and I cannot get through. I get messages that say "we are sorry, try again" that did not work several times. I am looking to get a one way flight to Las Vegas. No big deal.
How can you run a airline without any reasonable way to contact you. You do warn me that it might take up to 30 minute wait but that did not work either.
