Delay of flight.We are on flight 106 out of Vegas. The whole flight was held up for over 25 minutes.

All because of your people that could not get here on time. Just ridiculous. I want tocompensated fo my wife and I onthis flight. Totally uncalled for.

We were in seat 9c and 9d.

We will never get to use our tickets from last April it appears. How can we get a refund.Because of the covid thing we cancelled our trip last spring.

Reservation code P9542Q. We are still faced with no chance of taking our trip so return tickets are no good to us.

As all being Seniors I am hoping some consideration can be taken for a refund. 2 from Illinois and 2 from Wisconsin .

According to Sun County Airlines, change fees ae applier per direction and per traveler. If you change your date 60 + days you pay no fee, 59-14 days: 50$ and 13-0 day: 100$.

Can I get a refund if my friend has died before my departure?To whom it may concern: On 08/28/2019, my husband got a call from his best friend from Florida. Unfortunately the call was not one that he had hoped for.

His friend told him that after fighting cancer for the past 3 years, he had developed pneumonia. The doctors told him he has less than 6 months to live and he needed my husband to fly to Florida to sign legal paperwork to be his executor of his estate, and he would refund him for the ticket when he arrived in Florida. So, my husband purchased his ticket to Florida as soon as he hung up the phone. Unfortunately his friend passed away this morning and my husband did not “Feel the need to” purchase a refundable ticket, because he knew he HAD to go to Florida to sign the important paperwork...

Do y’all make exceptions for people that purchase non-refundable tickets, if the person they were flying to see has died before the scheduled date? We can’t afford to lose out on this much money. My husbands booking number is: 6255****. Please notify us of any possible options.
