Sun Country Airlines - Terrible cancellation fees

I booked a flight two weeks before travel and have flown the airlines before. Unfortunately I had to cancel my flight. I was hit with a $220 fee and told I have to cancel with 60 days. First I booked the flight two weeks before and secondly I didn’t see anything that states there is a 120 per person cancellation fee. Will never fly them again.

ticketing counter said they couldn’t assign seats. They didn’t tell us the flight was oversold and that is why they couldn’t assign seats!!!!!!! Read their customer policy closely about policy to deny Facepalm boarding due to oversold flights!!!!
