Fly 514 cun to dfw 8/8/2018. Disabled Vet asked to sit in bigger vacant seat because of knee injury.

Was told no by Trina. Then see was telling Paula who was sitting in first class( 9 vacant first class seats) eating with her feet propped up that I was โ€œ *** about my seat. I was not *** My knee would not bend enough to sit in your very tight seats without digging into my leg. Every time they walked down the isle they bumped me.

The 3 F/As sat in first class eating chocolate cake and laughing it up. I asked to upgrade but Trina said no. Are you people that hard up for flight attendants that you settle for overweight, rude, lazy and disrespectful F/As? I offered to pay for a much more expensive VACANT seat.

I was injuries serving these ungrateful people. So kiss my *** I will repost this in as many websites that I can find and tell the story to all I coming contact with. Just my way of saying thank for absolutely nothing, except for the big bruise on my left leg.

I was in seat 5D. {{Redacted}} on their next chocolate cake.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Location: 2400 Aviation Dr N, DFW Airport, TX 75261, USA

First of all, you should be ashamed to called yourself a veteran because Im sure you been trained how to be respect and polite but you using all in approriated languages and called other people names. Flight crew have a policy that they need to follow and they got paid to follow the rules, not to against it.

Second, be adult and do not take pictures of other without their permission. There always 2 sides of every story and I only seen you talking how bad the flight crew was on flight.

From all the inapproriated you use, I can tell that you are not a polite person and respect other. So please be adult and respects every policy and rules.

'Disabled Vet " Oh Oh...Someone is pulling an sympathy card.... Typically with a banal rant starts out with a card like Age, disability, gender, race,I'm special because I need a pet to live, or the ever popular vet card(thank you for your service IF you are WWII vet who fought in a war in which our "freedoms" were truly at stake)are pure entitled nonsense.

Sounds like you have an empty meaningless life and actively seek to drain the life out of others wherever you go.

Please stay at home and let others enjoy their day. If you can't stop being cheap and pay for the extra room you need and stop thinking flashing your vet card will get you over.

Itโ€™s illegal to take pictures of flight attendants Tim. Also, you seem to have quite a few issues with companies. Quite the complainer.

Sir, your name calling and hateful speech about flight attendants who have no control over seating wonโ€™t solve this problem you are having. And maybe your attitude is a common denominator in your issues in communication with others and getting the desired result.

For your information flight attendants have absolutely no control over seating or first class upgrades on Sun country airlines. They are bound by company policy and weight and balance guidelines laid in place by gravity and the FAA for your safety. Pardon my assumption, but I would think they would have preferred to move you and have a Happy costumer. But then they would also have to answer for that as well.

A tip for the future when you never fly Sun Country again is to choose your seat when you book your ticket like they recommend or when you check in at the ticket counter or when you arrive at the gate, basically before you board the aircraft when itโ€™s out of their control. No one knows you have a disability nor are they allowed by law to ask about it. So Speak up previous to boarding. Flight attendants job is not to serve you coke or guarantee your comfort, that is simply a courtesy, their job is to follow federal airline regulations and save your life in an emergency.

Period. As for yucking it up, laughter doesnโ€™t seem like rudeness to me. Rudeness is calling people fat, lazy and disrespectful. And if they were so terribly lazy they probably didnโ€™t bump you too many times as they would have been sitting on their fat lazy butts.

You get what you pay for evidently.

You also get what you give. That explains quite a bit here sir.

First of all, you donโ€™t know me or my attitude. I offered to pay for first class.

Secondly, I use to work for an airline and know that row of seats were not the same as the others.

As far as no pics, let them do something about it, please. My knee does not bend like yours so I could not bend it far enough to even sit flat in my seat, what would you have done?

The moment you name-call about their weight you lose any respect I have. You also knew you had a knee issue yet got on a plane without calling ahead to see if you could make a seat change?

Your fault.

I hope they DO choose to do something about it. Jail time, my friend.
