I will never book or recommend this airline. Their computer system shut down in the middle of the ticket agent checking us in.

The agent couldn't even get someone on the phone to help her. We tried calling numerous times and wait time was 2 hours. I am still waiting for them to respond and tried calling again waited 2 hours and no one answers. It is as if they didn't exist.

According to the ticket agent they had just switched to a new computer program and they were having problems. Well we were stranded at the airport with no support at all. If you can help me with getting my $ back it would be very helpful. I ended up having to book with another airline for the next day and it was 5 passengers it cost me $919.20 plus original tickets.

I am getting ready to report to States Attorney and any one else who can help me. Worst experience ever.
