On a recent flight from San Francisco to Minneapolis with Sun Country flight 398 I decided to upgrade to first class. There was a tantalizing pop up that came right as I was about to print my boarding passes (I would never have done that, had that pop up not showed up).
I thought it would help make our red eye flight more comfortable and we would be able to sleep. Boy was I wrong! the flight attendant was unfriendly, there was no blanket nor pillow as shown on the first class amenities listed on the web site. As for the meal we were given a box with stale crackers and an oat bar.
Also lacking was the movie/TV entertainment console that was never made available to us.
I paid over $150 for that! highway robbery!
